Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in researching potential clients and maintaining the customer database
Support the creation and preparation of sales presentations and proposals
Help coordinate and schedule sales meetings and follow-ups
Collaborate with project managers to track project timelines and milestones
Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
Help analyze sales data and prepare reports for management
Assist with general administrative tasks related to sales and project management
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Minimum GPA of 3.0
Preferred
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges
Relevant coursework or academic projects in business, sales, project management, or engineering is a plus
