Project Manager / Purchasing Manager
Beach Products is a growing Phoenix-based commercial construction contractor specializing in Division 10 interior specialties. They are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to manage multiple projects while overseeing procurement and material coordination, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities
Manage commercial construction projects from contract award through closeout
Review contracts, drawings, specifications, and scopes of work
Coordinate with general contractors, field teams, vendors, and internal staff
Lead submittals, RFIs, change orders, billings, and closeout documentation
Track project budgets, costs, and schedules
Source and procure materials, manage lead times, and issue purchase orders
Coordinate deliveries to support jobsite sequencing and avoid delays
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction drawings, schedules, and jobsite coordination
Experience with procurement, purchasing, or material management
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Division 10, interior specialties, or finish-trade experience
Procore or similar construction management software
Phoenix-area commercial construction experience
