Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end AP and AR operations, including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer billing, collections, and cash application
Ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities related to AP and AR, including reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis
Establish and maintain strong internal controls, ensuring compliance with GAAP, company policies, and audit requirements
Assist with ERP implementation and improve manual processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
CPA required
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with direct oversight of AP and AR functions
3+ years of people management experience in a corporate or shared services environment
Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and accounting systems (ERP experience required)
Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and manage change effectively
Preferred
Previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred
