Responsibilities

Design and develop Tulip applications to digitize and streamline manufacturing and operational processes

Create intuitive, user-friendly apps to digitize work instructions and operational workflows

Implement guided workflows that improve productivity, reduce errors, and enhance operator experience

Connect Tulip apps to machines, sensors, and enterprise systems for real-time data collection and analysis

Configure apps to meet specific business requirements while ensuring scalability and maintainability

Convert existing paper-based processes into dynamic, interactive digital solutions

Required

Experience developing applications on Tulip or similar low-code/no-code platforms

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and digital transformation

Familiarity with IoT connectivity, edge devices, and data integration (APIs, SQL, OPC-UA, etc.)

Problem-solving mindset with ability to translate operational needs into digital solutions

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Knowledge of MES, ERP, or other enterprise systems integration

Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, medical devices) or complex manufacturing environments

Basic programming knowledge (JavaScript, Python) for advanced customization
