Responsibilities
Assist team leaders with residential sales and luxury rental transactions
Conduct property showings, open houses, and private tours
Support client relationships by responding to inquiries and following up with buyers and renters
Prepare listing materials, marketing assets, and property descriptions
Coordinate with photographers, stagers, inspectors, attorneys, and other vendors
Maintain and update CRM systems and listing databases
Attend broker previews, networking events, and local community functions
Ensure all transactions comply with New York State real estate regulations
Qualification
Required
Active New York State Real Estate Salesperson license (required)
Strong interest in luxury real estate and the Hamptons market
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Preferred
Prior experience in real estate, hospitality, luxury retail, or client-facing roles
Familiarity with the Hamptons geography (Southampton to Montauk)
Social media and basic marketing skills
