Responsibilities
Own growth channels and metrics and drive tangible results for the business
Relentlessly execute and do what is needed to win
Build and scale growth playbooks and become a world class expert over your areas of ownership
Test, innovate, and try new things to help Leland constantly improve at growth efforts
Partner closely with a talented team of operators (from BCG, Bain & Company, Uber, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive real growth across channels
Use data and analytics to prioritize initiatives and continuously optimize performance
Qualification
Required
Previous internship experience in a fast-paced environment including Strategy & Ops, Consulting, Marketing/Growth, Product, or VC
Demonstrated ability to own and scale initiatives in dynamic, high-growth environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing key stakeholders
A hands-on, scrappy mindset with a passion for diving deep into details while driving high-level strategy
