Responsibilities
Communicating and working with our clients to maintain client customer service and cohesive working relationships
Team training, development, and coaching
Ensure team is maintaining internal SLA’s
Root cause analysis and problem resolution to eliminate roadblocks that may impede production and/and or quality objectives
Implementation of process changes to ensure compliance associated with federal and/or client directives
Review and delivery of reporting (i.e. client scorecards, daily production reports, etc.)
May perform other duties as assigned to support department goals
May occasionally work extended hours based on operational needs
Qualification
Required
5 years of Foreclosure experience
Working knowledge of the Texas foreclosure process
Working knowledge of the McCarthy & Holthus, LLP foreclosure processing system
Prior successful leadership within a Texas Foreclosure process
Processing knowledge of various servicer foreclosure processing systems
Knowledge of Texas foreclosure documents
Demonstrated ability to rapidly adapt to change
Demonstrated ability of issue identification and successful problem resolution
Working knowledge of business workflow and general processes
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
