Responsibilities

Provide clinical and technical support to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals during BDPI procedures in hospitals and clinics
Educate and train healthcare professionals on the proper use, benefits, and troubleshooting of BDPI products through in-service presentations, workshops, and one-on-one interactions
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets for the BDPI product line
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential and existing customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of Bard BDPI solutions
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies
Assist in the launch of new products and technologies by providing clinical expertise and support to early adopters
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, product usage, and clinical feedback in the company's CRM system
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines, including compliance with healthcare regulations and industry standards
Participate in professional development activities to stay current with advancements in peripheral vascular intervention and BDPI product knowledge
Travel extensively within the Tampa, FL territory to support accounts and attend relevant industry events or conferences

Required

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or clinical field (e.g., Nursing, Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Biomedical Engineering) is preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a clinical setting related to interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, or vascular surgery required
Prior experience in medical device sales or clinical specialist role, particularly within peripheral vascular or diagnostic imaging, is highly desirable
Strong understanding of peripheral vascular anatomy, physiology, and relevant interventional procedures preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and educate healthcare professionals
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including some overnight stays
Valid driver's license and a good driving record are required
Ability to lift and carry product samples and equipment as needed
