Qualification
Required
Must be able to type 40 WPM with an Accuracy of 90%
Ability to enter customer and account data according to computer screen format
Ability to verify entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
Ability to maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
Ability to maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping the information confidential
Ability to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
