Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and accurately log inbound shipments
Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for shipment
Perform inventory transactions using Epicor ERP (training provided)
Support cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliation
Assist with returns, refurbished inventory, and reverse logistics
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and lifts (as certified)
Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and quality standards
Flag inventory discrepancies, damages, or process issues promptly
Support special shipments for customers, partners, trade shows, and events
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred
1+ year experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory system experience a plus (Epicor preferred)
