Responsibilities
Build complex, high-precision audience files using advanced data mining techniques to support email deployments, ensuring 100% accuracy in a regulated financial environment
Serve as the technical consultant for the Marketing team—translating business goals into logic-based data requirements
Develop behavioral and predictive segments using SQL and Python (examples: engagement scoring, propensity modeling)
Create and maintain Python scripts that automate data extraction, transformation, and loading to reduce manual effort and eliminate errors
Perform post-campaign analysis to identify trends, fatigue points, performance gaps, and optimization opportunities within the email channel

Experience Levels: Level 1: 0–2 years; Level 2: 3–5 years
Advanced SQL (Mandatory): Expertise in CTEs, window functions, optimization, and querying millions of rows across complex financial datasets
Python for Data Science: 2+ years of experience with Python for data manipulation and workflow automation (Pandas, NumPy)
Level 1: Up to 2 years in a data-heavy analytical role; Level 2: 3–5 years in data analytics, marketing analytics, or related fields
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative field
Preferred
Cloud Data Warehousing: Experience with Snowflake or Databricks
Financial Services Experience: Familiarity with handling sensitive PII and understanding data governance in the banking sector
Campaign Logic Knowledge: Understanding of how Email Service Providers (ESPs) ingest, process, and match relational data for deployments
