Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, usability testing, competitive assessments, heuristic evaluations, journey mapping, and persona development
Interpret website analytics to identify user needs and prioritize opportunities for improvement
Create or inform the development of UX artifacts—such as wireframes, journey maps, and user flows
Support end‑to‑end validation activities, including designing studies, building research in various platforms, and coordinating participant recruitment
Share insights in clear, accessible formats for a range of audiences
Collaborate successfully with business partners, product owners, designers, and analytics partners to clarify goals and inform experience strategy

Proficiency in tools like Figma
Talent for rapidly learning new research platforms
A degree or equivalent experience in UX, HCI, or a related field
