Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm, and they are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Mailroom Clerk to join their team. In this vital role, you will manage incoming and outgoing mail and ensure efficient distribution within the organization.

Responsibilities

Support an office of approximately 1,500 employees by completing all major printing tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Operate and troubleshoot commercial‑grade copiers, including high‑volume printers; must be computer‑savvy to manage multiple print settings and workflows
Produce professional‑quality printed materials, including books, firm and soft copy documents, bound materials, training manuals, and specialty print projects
Assist with meeting and visitor support, including setting up and breaking down rooms, equipment, and materials as needed
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages accurately throughout the facility
Load and unload shipments using equipment such as forklifts and RF scanners to ensure swift processing
Prepare outgoing shipments by packing, labeling, and coordinating with shipping carriers
Maintain organized filing systems for correspondence, documents, and shipping records
Assist with warehouse distribution tasks, including inventory management and stock replenishment
Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying shipment contents and documentation
Perform heavy lifting as needed to move packages or supplies safely and efficiently

Required

Must have 3-5 years prior experience in mailroom operations or office management
Familiarity with RF scanners for inventory tracking and order processing
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods
Experience with shipping & receiving procedures and documentation standards
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
