Attorney/Paralegal Personal Injury

The role involves serving as a personal injury subject matter expert, reviewing AI outputs, defining quality standards, and providing feedback to improve reliability and usability for personal injury workflows.
Responsibilities
Review and grade AI outputs for PI accuracy, completeness, and defensibility
Write actionable feedback with examples, expected output, and priority level
Draft and maintain rubrics, checklists, and test datasets for PI workflows
Partner with Product and Engineering to refine prompts, templates, and workflow logic
Validate source support and flag hallucinations or overstatements
Communicate progress and decisions in Slack and in shared Google Docs and Sheets
Qualification
Required
3 plus years of U.S. plaintiff personal injury experience as an attorney or paralegal
Fluency in PI fundamentals across liability, causation, damages, and medical records review
Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for risk and ambiguity
Comfort working independently with clear deadlines and deliverables
Working knowledge of Slack and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) or equivalent tools
JD with active U.S. bar membership, or paralegal certificate with substantive PI experience
Preferred
Experience with medical billing records and lien concepts
Experience with litigation-stage PI workflows, including discovery and expert-facing records
Experience with structured QA, rubric-based reviews, or evaluation programs
Multi-state PI exposure
Optional writing sample or redacted work product (demand excerpt, case summary, med record summary)
