Responsibilities
Document and communicate all project activities
Become familiar with plant layout and drawings along with managing small engineering projects
Work with manufacturing services to acquire better knowledge of equipment installation, TPM and the importance of continual innovation and process improvements
Provide support and motivation to the facility personnel to improve operating efficiencies
Perpetual searching for more efficient implementations in the plants by using your technical knowledge and creative ideas
Provide servant leadership, camaraderie, and support to colleagues to enhance teamwork of the organization to achieve common Company goals, as well as the Technical Services departmental goal to become “The Best in Industry at the Execution of Projects”
Qualification
Required
Full time or part time student with mechanical engineering, related science, or technical degree
Exhibit a sense of urgency, accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivation, and the desire and focus to improve the business
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
