Lead pilots, evaluations, and contract negotiations end to end
Convert pilots into paid, expanding customer relationships
Build partnerships that directly generate live pipeline
Qualification
Required
direct, hands-on transplant operations experience
Call / offer screening at a transplant center
Organ logistics or coordination (air and/or ground)
OPO procurement or recovery operations
Surgical recovery or perfusion logistics
Transplant administration with operational accountability
understand time-critical organ workflows and failure points
understand how clinical and administrative decisions actually get made
understand why pilots stall—and how to push them to close
