Responsibilities
Build and execute recruitment and marketing strategies to attract the best talent
Recruit, vet, credential, and onboard large numbers of qualified coaches
Craft the best-in-class coach experience to maximize engagement, retention, and availability for clients
Manage and grow a team of coach managers, interviewers, and operations staff
Design and refine SOPs to create a seamless, scalable supply system
Foster a vibrant, connected coach community
Partner with product and engineering teams to shape features that delight candidates and coaches
Identify data-driven improvements through metrics, feedback, and experimentation
Contribute to company-wide strategy as a member of the leadership team
Qualification
Required
Supply-side or SMB growth experience: Marketing, product-led growth, and conversion optimization expertise
Product and operational chops: Able to design and optimize processes, collaborate with tech teams, and bring ideas from concept to execution
Data fluency: Comfortable using metrics, surveys, and SQL (with AI assistance) to drive prioritization and decisions
Startup mindset: You're an owner—comfortable with ambiguity, scrappy testing, rapid iteration, and big swings
Mission-driven energy: You're passionate about health, wellness, and making an impact
Collaborative spirit: Excited to work in person
Preferred
Experience in healthcare, provider networks, and/or recruitment/marketing
Experience in product management or design
Prior success building high-performance teams and communities
