Responsibilities
Serve as the senior finance leader, partnering with executive leadership on financial strategy, planning, and decision support
Oversee all accounting and financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, including lease and loan accounting
Own portfolio accounting for equipment leases and finance receivables, including yield recognition, allowances, charge-offs, and recoveries
Ensure compliance with lender covenants, regulatory requirements, and licensing obligations
Lead external audits, examinations, and financial reviews
Manage relationships with banks and financing partners, including lender reporting and presentations
Drive improvements to financial systems, controls, and reporting processes
Establish and monitor key financial and operational performance metrics
Lead, develop, and mentor the finance and accounting team
Partner cross-functionally with sales, credit, and operations on pricing, deal economics, and profitability analysis
Qualification
Required
Senior finance leadership experience
Hands-on technical accounting leadership
Experience with financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
Portfolio accounting for equipment leases and finance receivables
Knowledge of yield recognition, allowances, charge-offs, and recoveries
Experience ensuring compliance with lender covenants, regulatory requirements, and licensing obligations
Experience leading external audits, examinations, and financial reviews
Ability to manage relationships with banks and financing partners
Experience driving improvements to financial systems, controls, and reporting processes
Ability to establish and monitor key financial and operational performance metrics
Experience leading, developing, and mentoring finance and accounting teams
Ability to partner cross-functionally with sales, credit, and operations
