Responsibilities
Serve as the reliability lead for rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, and turbines
Analyze equipment performance data (failure history, vibration, oil analysis) to improve MTBF and uptime
Lead or support root cause failure investigations and implement long-term corrective actions
Develop and refine preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
Support Management of Change (MOC) and equipment commissioning activities
Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to improve asset performance
Contribute to mechanical integrity programs, reliability KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
5+ years of reliability or rotating equipment experience in an industrial or process environment
Strong knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, or similar mechanical systems
Experience with failure analysis, vibration monitoring, or oil analysis
Familiarity with API, ASME, or ANSI standards
Comfortable working in an on-site industrial setting
