Responsibilities
Build the foundation for a successful sales career at Insight Global
Learn all about staffing and our services – and how to sell them to current and future clients
Play the role of matchmaker for companies and candidates by reviewing resumes from our internal database and online job boards
Conduct phone interviews, prepare candidates to meet hiring managers, and ultimately negotiate job offers to get them hired
Work to earn your promotion into either Account Manager Training (AMT) or Professional Recruiter Training (PRT)
Research and target organizations in need of staffing services
Make initial connections through networking and cold calls
Become a valuable business consultant and build long-term relationships with clients
Run in-person meetings and lunches to understand hiring goals and team dynamics
Gather job requirements and work with the Recruiting team to find the perfect candidates

Required
