Legacy Partners is a dynamic, growth-oriented life insurance team seeking a motivated Marketing & Recruiting Associate to help expand their team of licensed insurance agents. This remote, part-time position focuses on attracting and onboarding new team members through various digital outreach methods.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing and recruiting campaigns to attract potential insurance agents
Manage and post engaging job listings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and social platforms
Screen and schedule candidate interviews
Nurture relationships with prospective agents through digital communication and follow-up
Maintain and update candidate information using HubSpot and Zoho Recruit (training provided)
Collaborate with team leaders to refine marketing and recruiting strategies

Required

Experience in digital marketing, recruiting, or sales
Strong communication and networking skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Must reside in Houston or San Antonio, TX
