Filling documents both physically and electronically as instructed by the Legal and Production teams
Open and sort Internal Legal mail daily
Scanning, printing and compiling documents with a high degree of accuracy
Working on Legal Software and completing task based work
Qualification
Required
current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
High School Diploma
English
1 - 2 years customer service or clerical experience
Experience with MS Office
Good communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor
2+ years work experience in related field
System querying skills
Proficiency with MS Office (particularly Excel)
