Responsibilities
Identify opportunities to improve manufacturing processes and system performance
Develop simulation models to evaluate and support data-driven decisions
Design and implement process improvements with a focus on safety, cost, and efficiency
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and quality partners
Create process flows, layouts, and supporting documentation
Optimize systems using simulation results and operational data
Support system deployment and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Experience in process engineering, simulation engineering, or a similar role
Strong background in simulation modeling and analysis
Experience with tools such as SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, Visual Components, or similar
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into practical solutions
Clear communication and documentation skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3+ years of experience using simulation tools for process or equipment modeling
Preferred
Discrete Event Simulation experience is a plus
