Responsibilities
Support onboarding by guiding new team members through hiring paperwork and orientation activities
Assist with recruiting efforts, including application reviews and candidate communications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
Communicate professionally and warmly with employees and applicants via phone, email, and in person
Provide support with employee relations initiatives and internal communications
Assist with scheduling updates, timekeeping reviews, and general HR administrative tasks
Help manage HR systems, databases, supplies, and employee inventory items
Distribute employee materials such as uniforms, name badges, paychecks, and perks
Deliver excellent guest service when interacting with employees or guests, answering questions and providing direction
Support HR functions and park operations as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with standard office tools such as Microsoft Office
High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
