Mid, Senior LevelCadence Collaborative is seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Specialist to manage end-to-end billing operations for multiple physician and mental health clients. The role requires ownership of the revenue cycle processes, including cash posting, claims submission, and AR management, ensuring compliance and performance benchmarks are met.

Responsibilities
Own the full revenue cycle for multiple clients
Perform daily cash posting and payment reconciliation
Submit clean claims and correct rejections promptly
Conduct high-volume AR follow-up and payer outreach (4+ hours/day), when necessary
Review EOBs for accuracy, underpayments, and payer compliance
Appeal denials and resolve unpaid or underpaid claims
Manage patient statements and patient billing inquiries
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
Apply CPT and ICD-10 coding accurately and compliantly
Ensure HIPAA and payer compliance at all times
Independently manage multiple client billing workflows
Actively manage AR to prevent unnecessary aging
Meet defined performance benchmarks
Take ownership of issues through resolution without constant oversight
Qualification
Required
Must live in Florida
Proven experience in physician and/or mental health billing
Strong background in billing, cash posting, denials, and AR follow-up
Experience working across multiple payers and payer portals
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Exceptional attention to detail and documentation
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
Must reside in Florida
Preferred
Medical billing/coding certification preferred
