Qualification
Required
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and building relationships
Proven Team Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively
Experience in Sales, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue
Project Management skills to streamline studio operations and implement processes efficiently
Passion for health, fitness, and well-being
Preferred
Knowledge or certification in fitness, bodywork, or related fields is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Science, or a related field preferred
