Provide financial leadership across regional operations
Drive financial performance, governance, and strategic insight while partnering closely with commercial and operational leaders
Lead all finance activities including accounting, planning, reporting, and controls
Combine strategic finance leadership with hands-on oversight of core financial operations, supporting both immediate performance needs and long-term business objectives
Influence business direction, develop high-performing teams, and build scalable financial frameworks in a dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Fully qualified finance professional (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
Significant senior finance leadership experience within complex organizations
Strong background across financial reporting, planning, controls, and commercial finance
Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior business leaders
Experience leading and developing finance teams through change or growth
Preferred
Experience operating across different business models (product, service, project-based, subscription)
Exposure to regional and enterprise-level reporting environments
Experience with ERP and enterprise finance systems
Background supporting transformation, integration, or operational scaling
