Responsibilities

Serve as the technical director for client content, data and event-specific production needs

Collaborate with Global Experience team members to plan and execute events that meet or exceed client expectations pursuant to Miller Tanner Associates (MTA) standards as well as serves as a mentor and leader for the Global Experience Production Manager (GXPM) Team

Coordinate all production logistics for F2F and virtual events, pre-event, during and post event

Partner with client(s) and GX team members to understand production needs for F2F, hybrid or virtual events to ensure optimal solutions are offered to clients through a thorough understanding of MTA products and services

Manage high figure budgets and financial reconciliation of all event-related production expenses

Manage internal team, inclusive of full-time and contract staff; task delegation, as appropriate, ensuring production goals are met and live event is executed successfully

Manage vendor partnerships during planning and live event including, but not limited to equipment rental, labor, production/technology services, translation, shipping, etc

Provide technical direction during on-site events to ensure the smooth operation of AV equipment and performance/compliance of technicians

Contribute innovative solutions internally to support continued advancement of MTA product/service offerings and resources

Cultivate new business relationships around the globe

Responsible for following all MTA policies and procedures related to security controls for the protection of personal or sensitive data and all confidential information; personal and sensitive data is defined as such by GDPR; confidential information is defined as all data, documents, or materials, in any form or medium, provided to the company that could reasonably be expected to be proprietary to a client or sponsor; confidential information includes, but is not limited to, any information concerning or relating to the property, products, technology, business and affairs of that client or sponsor
