Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable with precision and efficiency
Perform thorough bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy
Utilize Deltek ComputerEase software to oversee and streamline bookkeeping tasks
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare and maintain detailed financial records and reports
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
Collaborate with team members to support financial decision-making
Resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions promptly
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
Monitor cash flow and provide regular updates to management
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, including AP and AR management
Proficiency in Deltek ComputerEase software is required
Strong knowledge of payroll processing procedures
Ability to perform accurate bank reconciliations
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
