Responsibilities
Complete behavioral health intake assessments and required documentation in a timely manner
Collect and synthesize information from consumers, families, and collateral sources
Use motivational interviewing and person centered techniques to assess needs and readiness
Develop safety plans and coordinate referrals for additional evaluations or services
Educate consumers and families on available programs and support options
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
Participate in supervision, case consultation, and interdisciplinary team meetings
Maintain professional licensure, training, and ethical standards
Qualification
Required
Compassionate and skilled Intake Therapist
Ability to complete behavioral health intake assessments and required documentation in a timely manner
Ability to collect and synthesize information from consumers, families, and collateral sources
Experience using motivational interviewing and person-centered techniques to assess needs and readiness
Ability to develop safety plans and coordinate referrals for additional evaluations or services
