Responsibilities
Support, maintain, and optimize Cisco enterprise wireless infrastructure
Administer and troubleshoot Cisco 9800 wireless controllers
Deploy, configure, and support Cisco 9130 and 9176 access points
Perform wireless performance analysis, diagnostics, and coverage optimization
Support enterprise network infrastructure built on Cisco 9300 and 9500 series switches
Perform configuration, monitoring, upgrades, and break/fix support
Assist with network changes, maintenance windows, and infrastructure projects
Ensure network reliability, performance, and security across clinical and non-clinical environments
Provide onsite network support for healthcare operations and critical clinical systems
Participate in an on-call rotation (1 week every 9 weeks)
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams
Adhere to change management, documentation, and healthcare IT compliance standards
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience supporting enterprise network environments
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco wireless (9800 controllers, 9130/9176 APs)
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco switching (9300/9500 series)
Proven ability to troubleshoot complex production network issues
Ability to work 100% onsite
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated environments
Cisco certifications (CCNA, CCNP) or equivalent experience
Experience with network monitoring tools and wireless analytics
Strong documentation and communication skills
