The Manager, Procurement & Analytics plays a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide procurement initiatives and supplier management while ensuring the implementation and sustainability of procurement programs.

Responsibilities

Partner directly with the VP of Procurement to execute the enterprise procurement strategy
Lead day-to-day purchasing operations, including supplier coordination, issue resolution, and contract execution support
Manage and maintain procurement analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting
Support sourcing initiatives, RFPs, vendor negotiations, and contract lifecycle management
Oversee formulary management processes in collaboration with clinical and operational stakeholders
Monitor supplier performance and compliance to pricing, service levels, and contract terms
Support implementation and governance of procurement tools (e.g. Marketplace, Amazon Business, P-Cards)
Serve as a key point of contact for site leaders and corporate partners on procurement matters
Identify continuous improvement opportunities and help operationalize new process and controls
Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
5-8 years of progressive procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in healthcare
Demonstrated experience supporting sourcing, procurement operations, and supplier management
Strong procurement and purchasing acumen
Analytical capability with hands-on execution mindset
Ability to translate strategy into operational workflows
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadline
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned initiatives with limited supervision
Proficiency in Excel required

Preferred

Experience with BI tools
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
