Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the bar in the state of New York
5+ years of experience in legal practice, preferably in financial services or investment management
Strong understanding of securities laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
