Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes with accuracy
Perform detailed bank reconciliations to ensure financial records are up-to-date
Utilize QuickBooks to maintain and organize financial data efficiently
Prepare and submit local and federal tax filings in compliance with regulations
Create and analyze financial reports to support business decision-making
Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions
Monitor cash flow and address discrepancies proactively
Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all financial matters
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards
Proven experience in full charge bookkeeping, including managing financial records and transactions
Proficiency in QuickBooks software for bookkeeping tasks
Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Familiarity with performing bank reconciliations effectively
Experience handling local and federal tax filings
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage part-time responsibilities efficiently
Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders
