Responsibilities
Oversee every aspect of your branch's operations, including sales, service, training, and compliance
Responsible for hiring and developing a high-performing team, ensuring that all employees meet the highest standards of professionalism and performance
Create a culture of quality, accountability, and customer-first service
Ensure that your team operates in full compliance with all regulations and company policies while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Coordinate inspections, respond to client inquiries, and conduct thorough service evaluations in the field
Manage inventory, uphold safety and appearance standards, and ensure both the office and fleet reflect the Pest USA brand with pride
Supervise service managers, office staff, sales professionals, and technicians
Review performance metrics, conduct regular branch and vehicle inspections, and take appropriate action to support ongoing improvement
Maintain any required state certifications and licensing, as well as ensure your team is current on their own credentials
Qualification
Required
