They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant to provide support across various departments, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
Maintain and update filing systems
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Coordinate meetings and events
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Attention to detail and accuracy
