Real Estate Business Development Manager
HH Staffing Services is seeking a Real Estate Business Development Manager to join a growing and dynamic team. The role involves identifying and securing new multifamily and HOA management opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving portfolio growth through contract origination and closing.

Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new multifamily and HOA management opportunities across Florida
Originate and close new management contracts to drive portfolio growth
Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and asset managers
Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and management agreements
Track leads, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics using CRM systems
Collaborate with leadership to align growth strategies with company objectives
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking meetings
Qualification
Required
5 to 7 years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experience within property management, multifamily, or real estate
Strong existing network within Florida's real estate, multifamily, or HOA market
Proven track record of closing management contracts or large-scale real estate service deals
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Familiarity with the Florida multifamily and HOA landscape
Ability to work independently in a results-driven environment
Highly motivated, professional, and relationship-focused
