Responsibilities

Generate design concepts and participate in design reviews

Develop and execute testing procedures to evaluate performance against design specifications

Conduct reliability testing and assess system-level interactions

Make independent engineering decisions and provide technical recommendations

Support the development of manufacturing processes

Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis to identify and implement engineering solutions

Required

Demonstrated expertise with path lab technologies

Proficiency in CAD software, including SolidWorks

Strong capacity for innovation, creativity, and process optimization

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

2–5 years of relevant engineering experience
