They are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a background in high-volume agency recruiting to develop and execute strategies to attract, screen, and place top healthcare talent.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to attract, screen, and place top healthcare talent
Source, interview, and present highly qualified candidates
Manage the full recruitment process, staying connected with candidates every step of the way
Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and long-term success
Minimum of 2 candidate presentations per day
Minimum of 3 successful placements per month
Qualification
Required
Agency recruiting experience is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong work ethic — not about hours, but productivity, focus, and results
Competitive, financially driven professionals only
A “hunter” mindset — you're proactive, persistent, and unafraid of the phone or LinkedIn deep dives
Minimum of 2 candidate presentations per day
Minimum of 3 successful placements per month
Preferred
Clinical background (RN, Allied Health) with recruiting experience is a bonus, but not required
Experience with ATS systems (LOXO experience is a plus)
