Responsibilities
Design and deliver generative AI-powered features using Anthropic's Large Language Models through AWS Bedrock
Evaluate emerging technologies to inform and accelerate product innovation
Collaborate within a cross-functional team to design, build, test, review, debug, and deploy code that serves students and educators
Mentor teammates by sharing technical expertise, best practices, and domain knowledge
Partner closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to incorporate diverse perspectives and ensure alignment with company goals
Share industry and Panorama best practices to strengthen squad strategy and improve delivery outcomes
Foster an inclusive culture of open feedback and idea-sharing, enabling teammates to contribute their perspectives and experiences to build stronger products
Qualification
Required
Has 6+ years experience developing production-level code in Ruby on Rails, Vue.js & TypeScript
Has 3+ years experience with web app development and deployment
Has 2+ years of hands-on experience building integrations with Large Language Models (e.g., OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, or Google Gemini)
Has experience rapidly prototyping and iterating on new ideas to validate product concepts with diverse stakeholders
Has experience breaking down and shaping the scope and technical requirements of a series of several projects to help optimize for overall team delivery
Has experience working on a cross-functional team of engineers and non-engineers
