Responsibilities

Full-cycle internal recruiting for agency talent across recruiting, sales, and leadership roles
Proactive outreach to passive candidates at competing staffing and professional services firms
Building and managing pipelines aligned to Madison-Davis growth plans
Partnering with leadership on hiring priorities and search strategy
Running high-quality prescreens and guiding candidates through a structured interview process
Owning candidate experience from first contact through offer close
Representing the Madison-Davis brand with confidence and credibility in the market

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience recruiting in a staffing or agency environment
Proven success hiring recruiters, sales professionals, or agency leaders
Strong passive sourcing instincts and comfort with outbound outreach
Ability to engage experienced, high-performing agency professionals
Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches
Clear communicator with sound judgment and follow-through
Bachelor's degree required
Current experience at another staffing or recruiting agency
