Responsibilities

Actively hiring fully remote Medicaid Customer Service Representatives for our healthcare client!
Taking Medicare calls
Speaking with a more elderly population and so empathy and patience is key
Helping them walk through their Medicaid benefits and answer any questions they may have
Handling inbound calls, typically between 50 and 70 a day
