This role plays a key part in ensuring patients receive timely, well-organized infusion therapy services by coordinating appointments and serving as a liaison between patients and the care team.

Responsibilities
Coordinate the scheduling and administration process for infusion appointments
Serve as a liaison between patients, nurses, providers, and the care team
Ensure all documentation, authorizations, and resources are in place for each session
Provide excellent service to patients in person and over the phone
Support overall clinic workflow to maintain smooth, efficient operations
Qualification
Required
Administrative or office support experience
Experience working directly with patients
Strong customer service skills
Preferred
Medical Assistant (MA) experience (highly preferred)
3–5 years of experience in a medical office setting
MA Certification, or experience in medical office/patient care coordination
Strong written communication and ability to follow written instructions
General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
