Call Center Supervisor

ITCON is hiring Call Center Supervisors to serve as the frontline leaders of the National Coordination Center. You will be responsible for the direct oversight of 7-10 dispatchers/analysts per shift, ensuring that every operator adheres to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and delivers accurate, life-safety information to law enforcement partners.

Responsibilities

Monitor and guide the daily activities of call center staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to performance standards
Act as the first line of oversight, ensuring all dispatchers and analysts comply with SOPs and contractual requirements
Respond to and resolve technical and operational questions raised by your team, providing immediate guidance during live calls
Monitor team performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service to 287(g) partners and ICE Officers

Required

English proficiency at the mastery level to understand complex texts and interact with fluency
