Vice President of Product Management

Arcadia Talent Advisory is seeking a Vice President of Product Management who will serve as a senior product leader combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This role involves partnering with technology, design, and business leadership to shape product decisions and guide product direction across the organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with executive stakeholders, engineering leadership, and design to define product priorities and guide short- and long-term roadmaps across internal platforms and customer-facing applications
Lead and develop a Product Management organization composed of Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Associate-level team members
Establish and guide agile operating rhythms, including quarterly planning, backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery metrics, and outcome tracking
Drive product launch planning and execution, including enablement, documentation, training, demonstrations, and stakeholder communication
Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify, evaluate, and sequence product and process improvement initiatives
Translate business requirements into detailed functional documentation, user stories, and visual artifacts suitable for engineering and QA teams
Gather stakeholder input throughout the product lifecycle and ensure alignment before and after development cycles
Support vendor selection and contract negotiations in partnership with finance and business stakeholders

Required

8+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in senior product management or product strategy roles
Proven experience in strategically leading and developing product teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance development at large organizations
Strong command of agile methodologies and tools, with practical experience using Jira or similar platforms
Demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to inform product investment decisions, prioritization, and experience improvements
Comfortable working with executive leadership and presenting recommendations that influence product and business strategy
Deep understanding of user experience principles, usability, and customer-centric product design
Track record of building strong working relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, from individual contributors to senior executives and external partners
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective communicator, both written and verbal
Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, deadline-driven environments with competing priorities
A consultative mindset, with experience acting as an internal advisor to business and technology leaders

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred; MBA a plus
