Responsibilities
Film content 1 day per month, including:
Behind-the-scenes of weddings and shoots
Day-in-the-life content of the owners
Our family life and brand culture
Our shooters and team members in action
Edit reels and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Repurpose content across platforms while keeping it native to each one
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok accounts
Create and schedule 3–4 posts per week
Write engaging captions aligned with our brand voice
Highlight both our work and the people behind the brand
Stay current on trends, audio, and platform best practices
Attend a weekly meeting to review goals, analytics, and growth strategy
Pitch creative ideas to increase reach, engagement, and connection
Track basic performance metrics and adjust content accordingly
Opportunity to attend weddings as a content creator (paid separately)
Additional pay available for extra filming days or events
Qualification
Required
Passionate about social media, video editing, and storytelling
Comfortable filming people in real-life, candid environments
Skilled with short-form video editing (Reels/TikTok)
Organized, reliable, and consistent with posting schedules
Enjoys capturing authentic moments—not overly posed content
Preferred
Interest in weddings, photography, or filmmaking is a big plus
