Responsibilities
Execute regional sales initiatives to drive international freight growth across the Miami market
Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across air, ocean, and multimodal logistics
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with importers, exporters, and key stakeholders
Partner with pricing and operations teams to design tailored, cost-effective logistics solutions
Manage pipeline activity, forecasting, and CRM reporting with accuracy and discipline
Lead client meetings, QBRs, and represent the business at industry and networking events
Support onboarding of new customers to ensure a smooth handover into operations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in freight forwarding sales or senior commercial logistics roles
Strong understanding of international air and ocean freight services
Proven track record of new business development and account expansion
Confident, polished communicator with strong negotiation and presentation skills
Self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working within a hybrid model
Based in, or open to relocating to, Miami, FL
