Responsibilities
Performing operational support duties of the Cash Management Department
Providing WebEx product training to customers and/or Bank personnel on the features and benefits of cash management products and services
Assisting with user testing as needed for upgrades and new product development
Providing a full range of professional, technical and general support to customers and Bank personnel with Cash Management Online Banking services
Performing customer setups; monitoring product usage and system operation; resolving problems within given authority
Helping in the coordination and support of audits and examinations
Performing a variety of routine daily tasks; reviewing reports, preparing correspondence; and participating in special department projects
