CRE Client Advisor / Fractional
Smart Capital Center is the only end-to-end, AI-powered platform for CRE investment and financial management. They are seeking a senior Commercial Real Estate professional to act as a fractional client advisor and industry representative, engaging with peers and customers through meaningful conversations at industry events.
Responsibilities
Attend curated Commercial Real Estate industry events
Represent the company as a knowledgeable, credible industry peer
Engage investors, lenders, owners, developers, and operators in high-quality conversations
Share insights on how AI drives 10x productivity gains across full transaction lifecycle: from screening and underwriting to asset and debt management
Identify and surface qualified interest; facilitate warm introductions to our internal team
Share market insights and feedback based on industry engagement
Occasionally participate in small-group meetings or informal presentations
Qualification
Required
20–30+ years of Commercial Real Estate experience, such as: Underwriting, Investing / Principal-side roles, Lending or credit leadership, Asset management or development
Recently retired or transitioning from an active executive role
Well-connected within the CRE ecosystem
Comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers as a peer
Thoughtful communicator who enjoys relationship-building and industry dialogue
Looking for a flexible, part-time role that values experience over volume
Sales experience is not required. Industry credibility is
