Responsibilities
Manage assigned projects from start to finish, including budgeting and scheduling
Coordinate cross-functional teams and all project deliverables
Ensure projects meet contract requirements, timelines, and company policies
Proactively identify and communicate schedule and budget risks to leadership and customers
Create and maintain accurate project plans and budgets, and oversee close-out with all required documentation
Lead internal and external deployment meetings and adjust plans to keep timelines on track
Attend customer meetings to provide status updates and resolve issues
Maintain accurate and complete project files and close-out documents to corporate and customer standards
Keep all jobs current and accurate in the project tracking system
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Three to five years of wireless project management experience, or three to five years of project management experience in another industry
Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and related financials
Customer-facing project management experience
Advanced Excel skills working with large datasets and organizing data
Preferred
PMP certification preferred
Advanced knowledge of telecommunications and wireless project management
Experience in asset management, tower maintenance, and property management
Knowledge of public and private right-of-way deployment, permitting, and regulatory processes
Ability to diagnose workflow issues, manage critical paths, and implement solutions
Ability to read financial metrics and address financial issues
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving approach
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage and process multiple data streams
Knowledge of construction services including telco, power, fiber, basic construction, vendor equipment requirements, and antennas
